可吸收螺钉在胫骨髁间隆突骨折的临床应用

摘　　要：目的分析胫骨髁间隆突骨折的损伤机理,探讨可吸收螺钉用于内固定治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折的可行性。方法收集笔者所在医院2006年7月～2009年7月使用可吸收螺钉手术治疗12例胫骨髁间隆突骨折患者的临床资料,并进行回顾性分析。结果平均随访18个月,所有患者12个月内均达临床愈合,末出现不愈合情况,关节功能恢复正常。结论可吸收螺钉内固定除具有良好的治疗效果外,同时也避免了二次手术取出内固定物,是治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折理想的材料。Objective To analyse the injurious mechanism of fracture of intercondylar eminence fracture, and discuss the possibility of treating intercondylar eminence fracture with absorbable screws. Methods From Jul. 2008 to Jul. 2009, we treated 12 cases of intercondylar eminence fractures which were fixed with absorbable screws were analyzed retro- spectively. Results The average follow - up period was 18 months. All of these cases got clinical union in 12 months. We did not encounter any cases of nonunion. The function of joint were normal. Conclusion Beside satisfactory results obtained by internal fixation with absorbable screws, and avoids being taken out by second operation. It is ideal material for internal fixation of intercondylar eminence fractures.
