摘　　要：目的探讨镍钛形态记忆合金聚髌器（NiTi-patellar concentrator,NT-PC）治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的疗效。方法对40例新鲜粉碎性髌骨骨折病例采用NT-PC内固定,参照Bostman等标准进行疗效评价。结果 40例患者均获随访,随访时间234月,平均14月。根据Bostman评分标准,平均分为27.4分,其中优33例（82.5%）、良5例（12.5%）、差2例（5%）,优良率95.0%。结论 NT-PC治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的疗效较好。Objective To investigate clinical effect of surgical treatment of comminuted patellar fracture with NiTi-patellar concentrator（NT-PC）. Methods In this retrospective study,40 patients with acute comminuted patellar fracture accepted open reduction and internal fixation with NT-PC,and their curative effects were evaluated by the clinical grading scale of Bostman. Results All the 40 patients were followed up for 14 months on average（2-34 months）.According to clinical grading scale of Bostman et al,the mean score was 27.4,the percent of patients with excellent and good results was 95.0%（33 excellent,82.5%;5 good,12.5%;2 unsatisfactory,5%）. Conclusions Curative effect of surgical treatment on comminuted patellar fracture with NT-PC was satisfactory.
