摘　　要：就如何做好竣工环境保护验收调查工作,从调查的作用和目的、调查方法、项目工程内容、工程污染防治措施与生态调查和监测、调查方案和报告的编制、公众参与和调查工作要求等几个方面进行了论述,提出保证调查工作效果的方法和措施,为开展竣工验收调查和编制调查报告工作提供指导。As for how to do well in investigation final completion environmental protection acceptation of construction projects,it discusses several aspects including investigation role and purpose,investigation method,project content,project pollution control measures and ecological investigation and monitoring,investigation scheme and reports formulation,and public participation and investigation requirements and so on,and puts forward methods and measures for insuring investigation effect,which has provided guidance for carrying on final completion investigation and formulation investigation reports.
