妊娠期高血压疾病妇女外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞表达分析

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期高血压疾病(PIH)妇女外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞表达变化。方法连续选择近期住院确诊的PIH妇女27例(PIH组),入选对象均接受了外周血调节性T细胞(CD 4+CD 2+5 Treg和CD 4+CD 2+5Foxp3+Treg)和辅助性T细胞(CD 3+、CD 4+、CD 8+、CD 4+/CD 8+)检测,并与同期住院正常怀孕产妇(对照组,20例)相同测试结果进行比较。结果 调节性T细胞数据中,PIH组血清CD 4+CD 2+5 Treg和CD 4+CD 2+5 Foxp3+Treg水平明显低于对照组(P均<0.05～0.01)。辅助性T细胞中,PIH组血清CD 4+/CD 8+表达水平明显高于对照组,而CD 8+表达水平则显著低于对照组(P均<0.05～0.01)。结论 PIH患者存在明确的外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞异常表达。Objective To analyze expressions of regulatory T cells and helper T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of pregnancy induced hypertension （PHI） women. Methods 27 PHI women were selected to detect regulatory T cells （ CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg and CD＋4CD25^＋ Foxp3^＋ Treg） and helper T lymphocytes （ CD3^＋ CD4^＋ ~CD8^＋ ,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ） in the peripheral blood, and the testing results were compared with another 20 normal pregnant women during the same hospitalization. Results Levels of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg and CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Foxp3^＋ Treg of the regulatory T cells in the PHI women were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈0.05-0.01 ）. Level of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ of helper T lymphocytes in the PHI women was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05-0.01 ）, but level of CD8^＋ in the PHI women was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.05-0.01 ）. Conclusion It is clearly indicated that expressions of regulatory T cells and helper T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of PHI women are out of the normal range.
