摘 要:借助矿物表面改性的方法和原理,通过优化改性工艺参数,制备了以超细煤系煅烧高岭土颗粒为基体的无机化改性产品。运用SEM、TEM、XRD等手段对改性产品进行了测试分析,结果表明基体颗粒表面包覆的水合二氧化钛膜均匀、致密,膜的厚度约150nm ,整个改性产品呈结晶程度很差的锐钛型结构。对该产品进一步加工即可成为钛白粉代用品。Supporting from the way and principle of mineral surface modification, the inorganic surface modification product which uses the ultra fine calcined coal kaolin as basal body was prepared by optimizing the processing parameters of surface modification.The surface modification product was tested and analyzed by SEM,TEM,XRD.The results show that hydrate titanium dioxide film on the ultra fine calcined coal kaolin is well distributed and compact,the thickness of film is about 150nm,the surface modification product is anatase crytal structure,which is very poor crystalline.The substitute product of titanium dioxide pigment can be made on the condition of crystallization roasting the surface modification product.
