摘  要:目的:研制一种在创伤救治中携带方便、操作简单、能满足急救固定兼顾抗休克的骨折外固定器材.方法:采用聚丙烯热塑材料制作大、中、小不同型号的充气式下肢外固定器;利用生物力学实验,测定该固定器与小夹板弹性及刚度的差别,并测试固定器阻断下肢动脉血流时所需充气压力.结果:该固定器弹性及强度均优于传统小夹板,可100%阻断下肢血流,充气压力随肢体周径的增粗而增大.结论:经生物力学实验及压力测定,该固定器固定牢靠,与肢体服帖,具有可阻断下肢动静脉血流的作用.Objective:To develop a new fracture fixation device, which is convenient to carry, easy to operate for lower extremity . It can not only meet the need of first aid fixation, but also has the function of anti - shock. Methods: The large, medium and small different types of inflatable lower limbs external fixator were made with polypropylene hot plastic materials. The difference of flexibility and stiffness between this device and splint was compared by biomechanical experiment; the inflation pressure was tested when the artery of lower extremity was completely blocked. Results:The flexibility and stiffness of the device was better than the traditional splint. The lower limb blood flow was blocked completely. Inflation pressure increased with the enlargement of the limb circumference. Conclusions:The results of biomechanical tests and pressure measurement show that the fixator has the following features : stable fixation, the body docile, and it can block the lower extremity arterial and venous blood flow effectively.
