摘 要:采用Gleeble-3500型热模拟试验机研究了变形温度和压下量对SS400低碳钢热压缩变形后显微组织的影响。结果表明:SS400钢在变形温度为850,800,775和750℃及压下量为20%,40%和60%的条件下变形后,组织由铁素体和珠光体组成,其中铁素体晶粒形貌分别为针状、等轴状和长条状;随着变形温度的降低、压下量的增加,铁素体晶粒尺寸减小,体积分数增加,最大值为79.2%,最小值约45%。Influence of deformation temperature and reduction on the microstructure of SS400 low-carbon steel after hot compression deformation was studied by Gleeble 3500 thermal simulator. The results show that the microstructure of the SS400 steel was composed of ferrite and pearlite, the ferrite grains were mainly characterized as acicular, equiaxed and long banded corresponding to the deformation temperatures as 850, 800, 775 and 750 ℃ and the reduction as 20%, 40% and 60%. The ferrite grain size decreased and the volume fraction increased with the decrease of deformation temperature and the increase of reduction, the maximum was 79.2%, and the minimum was about 45 %.
