摘　　要：对已建因勘探设计、施工有缺陷的松散片石类基础房屋，在使用过程中，由于环境的变化而造成的不均匀下沉，可通过对其基础采取低压注浆、地基高喷、上部结构适当加固等综合整治措施，以达到使用安全之目的。As for some existing housing with loose chip-stone foundation caused by improper exploration design or construction,they will have obviously uneven subsidence in the process of use for the change of environment so that they must be comprehensively treated with some measures such as low-pressure grouting or high-pressure jetting to the foundation and proper consolidation to the upper structure so as to meet the safety requirements of use.
