摘 要:肠道病毒71(EV71)是引起手足口病(}咖)的主要病原体之一,同时也是肠道病毒属中能引起无菌性脑膜炎、脑炎和脊髓灰质炎样麻痹等多种神经系统相关疾病的一种病原体。20世纪90年代后期以来,EV71在亚太地区多次流行,期间有很多关于该病毒引起的婴幼儿神经源性肺水肿病例及死亡病例的报道,引起了人们的高度重视。因此,阐明EV71的致病机制对于该病的预防和治疗至关重要。此文对病毒结构蛋白、非结构蛋白、病毒结合蛋白、受体及信号调节因子等方面与致病机制的关系进行分析,以期对EV71的致病机制有更深刻地理解,从而为有效的疫苗和药物研制提供新的思路。Entcrovirus 71(EV71)is one of the major pathogenesis to cause hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD). EV71 is also one of the pathogeneses in enteroviruses, which can cause nervous system related disease such as aseptic meningitis, encephalitis and poliomyelitis-like paralysis. Since the late 1990s, there has been many epidemic activities throughout the Asia-Pacific region caused by EVT1 and many reports about the infant neurotoxicity infections and deaths cases, and it has been paid great attention. Therefore, it is very important for the prevention and treatment of this disease to expound the pathogenesis of the diseases caused by EV71. This article focuses on the relations between virus structural proteins, non-structural proteins, virus binding proteins, receptors and signal regulating factors. It is helpful for further understanding about the pathogenesis and providing a new thinking to prepare the effective vaccines and drugs.
