摘  要:采用熔烧法在TC11基体上制备铝化物涂层,对涂层的制备工艺进行了研究,利用扫描电镜(EDS)、X衍射仪(XRD)对涂层的形貌及相结构进行分析,并通过氧乙炔熔烧法对涂层的抗氧化性能进行测试。结果表明:在TC11表面可制备出膜基结合好的涂层,涂层以Al3Ti为主要相,厚度为70~100μm,该涂层可在高温下生成Al2O3,具有良好的瞬时抗高温氧化性。Aluminide coating was prepared on TC11 by fusion sintering.The preparation process of the coating was studied.The morphology and phase structure of the aluminide coating was analyzed by SEM and XRD.The oxidation resistance of the aluminide coating was tested by oxyacetylene fusion sintering.The results show that: the coating has high binding force with the TC11 matrix,the thickness is 70~100 μm;the main phase of the coating is Al3Ti;the coating has a excellent transient high temperature oxidation resistance due to the formation of Al2O3 under high temperature.
