摘　　要：介绍了随着《国家知识产权战略纲要》的实施，科技查新工作出现的新特点及为适应新形势并满足企业多方位需求，冶金科技查新咨询中心适时开展的与知识产权相关的科技查新与专利信息咨询服务。The paper introduced new features in the sci-tech novelty retrieval along with implementing of the National Intellectual Property Strategy Compendium. and sci-tech novelty retrieval services and patent information consulting services related to intellectual property timely carried out by the metallurgical sci-tech novelty retrieval and consultation center, adapting to the new situation and meeting the multi-faceted needs of enterprises.
