多功能显微诊断仪在淋球菌筛检中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨多功能显微镜诊断仪在淋球菌筛检中的应用。方法采集临床可疑淋病患者的尿道分泌物,精液,前列腺液,阴道分泌物作为检测标本,应用MDI与NG培养同步检测,结果采用State软件包做χ2检测。结果 MDI活体检测敏感度为88%,特异性为80.1%,χ2=19.57484,χ2>7.88(P<0.005)。结论 MDI活体检测与培养具有非常明显的关联性。Objective To study the application of multifunction microscopy diagnosis instrument（MDI） in neisseria gonorrhoeae screening.Methods Clinically suspicious gonorrhea patients＇ urethral secretions,semen,prostatic secretion and vaginal secretions were collected as the test specimens.Synchronous detection was carried out with MDI and NG cultivation.χ2 detection of the results was conducted by using the software package of the State.Results Living detection sensitivity of MDI was 88%,specificity 80.1%,χ2=19.57484 and χ27.88（P0.005）.Conclusion MDI living detection and NG cultivation have very obvious correlation.
