摘  要:叙述了高中压缸合缸汽轮机结构及主要特点。对于高中压合缸机组采用不同高压调节阀全开(两阀、三阀、四阀)状态下,通过分别改变主蒸汽温度和再热蒸汽温度试验,可求得高压缸进入中压缸蒸汽量占再热蒸汽量份额,为确定再热蒸汽流量和计算汽轮机热耗率提供依据。通过试验研究,对于采用高压缸后轴封一漏到中排布置的反动式汽轮机,高压调节阀三阀全开状态下得到的影响系数,较两阀全开状态下受到高压缸排汽影响要小,其结果更接近实际。The article introduced the structure and main features of HP&IP combined cylinder turbine. To get the steam quantity leakage in the front gland of HP&IP cylinder share of the total re-heat steam, we should change the initial steam temperature and reheat steam temperature respectively with the high pressure control valve fully opening in different (two- valve, three-valve, four-valve) conditions in order to determine the reheat steam flow and the heat consumption rat. Through experimental study, for the reaction turbine which quantity leakage of HP rear shaft seal goes to IP exhaust steam, the three high pressure control valves fully opening state is better than the two high pressure control valves fully opening state to get the influence coefficient of the actual result.
