摘 要:大型机组的末级动叶除了进汽边有严重的水蚀外,出汽边也有不同程度的水蚀现象。这种现象在参加调峰的大型机组和热电联产的凝汽式机组的末级叶片上表现得更为突出。根据对电厂的调查情况,分析了大型机组末级动叶出汽边水蚀的原因,探讨了末级动叶出汽边水蚀与运行工况及级的几何参数的关系,最后提出了一些预防和减少大型机组末级动叶出汽边水蚀的措施。Besides the inlet steam side of the last stage blades for large units have serious water erosion, the outlet steam side also have different degrees of water erosion. This phenomenon is more prominent on the peaking of the last stage blades for large units and cogeneration steam turbine units. According to the investigation of the power plant, this paper analyzes the causes of the water erosion on the outlet steam side of the last stage blades for large units, discuss the relation between the water erosion on the outlet steam side of the last stage blades and the operating conditions and the level of the geometric parameters, and finally put forward some measures of prevention and reduction of the water erosion on the outlet steam side of the last stage blades for large units.
