摘 要:实验使用化学腐蚀法对304不锈钢进行晶间腐蚀测定,通过在不同的腐蚀条件下对304不锈钢进行侵蚀,并进行金相拍照,利用SPSS软件进行了蚀刻宽度数据的统计分析,采用K-S单样本检验分析晶间腐蚀沟槽宽度的统计特性。结果表明:304不锈钢在稀硫酸溶液中的晶间腐蚀沟槽宽度符合正态分布;敏化热处理会加重304不锈钢的晶间腐蚀程度,晶间腐蚀沟槽宽度随敏化热处理时间增长而增大。In this issue, we reaseach the groove and the demographic characteristics of intergranutar corrosion of 304 stainless steel by method of the chemical etching. The specimens were treated under different condition and dip in different corrosive fluid. We use metallurgical microscope to take photos and using SPSS software to measure groove width and analyze the data, establish K - S sample histogram to study the extent of corrosion. The results showed that: the intergranular corrosion groove width of 304 stainless steel which were treated in sulfuric acid solution is normal distribution ; 304 stainless steel with sensitive treatment have larger width of intergranular corrosion, and the more time sensitization heat treatment was done, the larger intergranular corrosion groove width is.
