摘　　要：基质金属蛋白酶作为一类蛋白水解酶,在人类妊娠中发挥着重要作用。在妊娠的不同时期其在体内的含量发生变化,与胚胎植入、分娩发动、妊娠期高血压疾病、胎儿生长受限、胎膜早破、早产、习惯性流产等密切相关。从基质金属蛋白酶含量的变化可了解妊娠各个时期的病理生理现象,并用其预测胎膜早破及早产。As a kind of proteolytic enzyme,matrix metalloproteinases has great importance in human pregnancy,the levels of which change in different periods of pregnancy,and are closely related with the embryo implantation,the initiation of labor,hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,fetal growth restriction,premature rupture of fetal membrane,premature delivery,habitual abortion,and so on.Pathophysiological phenomena of different periods of pregnancy can be undersood,premature rupture of fetal membrane and premature delivery can be predicted by the changes of matrix metallopreteinases content.
