摘　　要：挤压综合征(CS)随着天灾的多发、机械时代的到来已成为发病率越来越高的一种危重疾病。随着连续性血液净化(CBP)技术的不断发展,该技术对该疾病治疗的优势也越来越明显。但是,直到现在国内仍没有全面、系统、量化的标准为CS患者行连续性血液治疗。现就CBP对CS治疗的机制、时机、滤器、模式和剂量的选择等问题行简要的综述,希望为CBP在CS的应用提供一些思路。As the mechanical age is arriving and natural disasters occur more frequently than ever,crush syndrome（CS）has become a severe disease with an increasing incidence.Continuous blood purification（CBP）,as it develops,has more and more obvious advantages in treating CS.However,there is still not any overall,systemic and quantitative standard in treating CS with CBP.Therefore,this article reviews the treatment of CS with CBP,from the mechanism,timing,to choice of filter,pattern and dose,in aiming to provide some references to the application of CBP in treating CS.
