摘　　要：目的了解无锡市某钢铁厂噪声作业员工听力损失情况,防止噪声危害,保护员工健康。方法根据GBZ 188-2007和GB/T 16403,对283名噪声作业员工进行纯音听阈测试。结果不同性别和听力损失没有直接联系(χ2=0.24,P>0.05);4个工龄组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.67,P<0.05);2010年听力异常率显著高于2009年听力异常率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.05,P<0.05)。结论该钢铁厂噪声危害较为严重,应做到早发现早干预。[Objective]To understand the status of hearing loss among noise-exposed workers in steel plant of Wuxi City[Methods]According GBZ 188-2007 and GB/T 16403,pure tone audiometry was performed on 283 noise-exposed workers.[Results]The difference between gender and hearing loss was not directly related（χ^2=0.24,P〈0.05）;the differences between the 4 age groups were significant（χ^2=10.67,P〈0.05）;Hearing loss in 2010 was significantly higher than the rate of 2009（χ^2=4.05,P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The noise hazard of this steel plant is much serious,which should attract great attention for early detection and early intervention.
