摘 要:目的了解某蓄电池厂铅作业工人尿铅含量情况,为企业预防和控制铅中毒的发生提供依据。方法根据《尿中铅的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法》W S/T 18-1996的检测方法,对该厂127名铅作业工人进行尿铅含量检测。结果 127名铅作业工人中有23人尿铅含量超过限值(≥0.34μmol/L),超标率为18.11%;37人尿铅含量超过诊断值(≥0.58μmol/L),超标率为29.13%;不同工龄尿铅超标率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尿铅超标率与性别、年龄无直接关联(P>0.05)。结论该厂铅作业工人受铅危害影响较严重,应引起企业管理部门的高度重视,采取积极有效的防治对策,预防和控制铅中毒的发生。[Objective]To understand the urine level of lead-exposed workers in a storage battery factory,and provide evidence for prevention and control of lead poisoning.[Methods]According to "Measurements of Urine Lead by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry" WS/T18-1996,urine lead test was performed on 127 lead-exposed workers.[Results]Of 127 lead-exposed workers,urine lead levels of 23 exceeded the occupational exposure limit(≥0.34 μmol/L),over standard rates was 18.11%,urine lead levels of 23 exceeded the occupational exposure limit(≥0.58 μmol/L),over standard rate was 29.13%,the differences of over standard rates between different service length groups was significant(P〈0.05).The over standard rate was not related with gender and age(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]The status of lead hazard is serious in this factory,which should attract more attention from enterprise management.The effective control measures should be take to prevent and control lead poisoning.
