尘肺病高仟伏摄影平片的质量评定

摘　　要：目的探讨和研究如何提高高仟伏摄影的平片质量。方法在河北省范围内,对持有省级以上卫生行政部门所颁发职业病诊断资质的单位77家,分别抽取尘肺病高仟伏摄影后前位胸片20张,共计1 540张。集中后,由省级专家对其所抽查的高仟伏摄影后前位胸片的质量进行评定。结果按照尘肺病高仟伏摄影的胸片质量评价与分级,经专家组认定及评价,其中一级胸片的(优片)584张,占37.92%;二级胸片(良片)648张,占42.08%;三级胸片(差片)225张,占14.61%,四级胸片(不能用于诊断片)83张,占5.39%。结论该次尘肺病高仟伏摄影平片的质量评定,一级优片所占比例较低,差片和不能用于诊断的胸片占一定比例。其质量不高的原因除部分是设备和投照条件不清外,大部分是投照技术人员工作责任心不强所致。[Objective]To explore and study the ways to improve quality of plain film of high-kV photography.[Methods]In Hebei Province,77 units that held the occupational disease diagnosis qualifications issued by the provincial level health administrative departments and above were selected as study objects.Twenty anterior chest films of high-kV photography from each unit were sampled for quality evaluation by provincial experts.[Results]According to quality evaluation and classification of chest film of high-kV photography for pneumoconiosis diagnosis,the experts group evaluated 584 films as class one,occupying 37.92%;648 as class two,occupying 42.08%;225 as class three,occupying 14.61%;83 as class four,occupying 5.39%.[Conclusion]This film quality evaluation showed a lower proportion of class one films,a certain proportion of class three and class four films.The reasons for the low quality of film are mostly due to technician＇s lack of responsibility,except for unclear equipment and projection conditions.
