摘　　要：目的了解江门地区无偿献血者H IV感染情况,以便在采供血过程中采取有效的预防控制措施,降低输血风险。方法采用回顾性调查方法,收集、统计2001—2010年无偿献血者资料,对确认为H IV感染的献血者进行分析。结果 10年间确认为H IV感染的献血者共61人,感染率为0.017%。感染率在性别、年龄之间差异均无统计学意义,在采血地点上差异有统计学意义,感染者涉及多种人群。结论江门地区无偿献血者H IV感染近几年呈逐步下降趋势。应针对该地区无偿献血者H IV感染特征,进一步加强献血宣传、献血者的筛选及血液检测工作,保证输血安全。[Objective]To learn the status of HIV infection among voluntary blood donors in Jiangmen area,so as to carry out the effective preventive measures in the processs of blood collection and supply to reduce the risk of blood transfusion.[Methods]With retrospective investigation methods,the data of voluntary blood donors from 2001 to 2010 were collected,and blood donors who were diagnosed with HIV infection were analyzed.[Results]In the past 10 years,61 blood donors were diagnosed with HIV infection,and the infection rate was 0.017%.There was no significant difference in infection rate between different sex and ages,and the difference among different blood sampling sites was significant.The HIV infected patients were involved with multiple populations.[Conclusion]The HIV infection rate of voluntary blood donors in Jiangmen area was gradually decreased in recent years.According the characteristics of HIV infection among voluntary blood donors in Jiangmen area,the publicity of blood donation,screening of blood donors and blood test should be strengthened to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
