摘　　要：目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）术后角膜上皮内生的原因及护理干预。方法对LASIK术后眼角膜上皮内生患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，找出影响角膜上皮内生相关原因，采取针对性护理干预，比较干预前后LASIK术后眼角膜上皮内生率。结果干预前术后角膜上皮内生发生率为1．40％，干预后618例患者均未发生角膜上皮内生。结论术前佩戴角膜接触镜、角膜上皮水肿脱落、薄角膜瓣、术后层间弥漫性角膜基质炎、手术室湿度过高和术后患者频繁眨眼、揉眼、意外眼伤害是角膜上皮内生的主要原因，护理干预措施可有效防止和减少LASIK术后角膜上皮内生并发症。Objective To study the causes of corneal epithelial endogeny after excimer laser in situ keratomileusis （LASIK） and nursing intervention. Methods Clinical data of patients with corneal epithelial endogeny after LASIK was retrospectively reviewed, related causes were analyzed and corresponding nursing intervention was implemented. Results Incidence of corneal epithelial endogeny before intervention was 1.40% , while after intervention none of the 618 subjects had corneal epithelial endogeny, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Wearing contact lenses before LASIK, corneal epithelial edema and shedding, thin corneal flap, layer diffuse stromal keratitis, high humidity of the operating room, as well as blinking or rubbing eyes frequently after surgery and accidental eye injuries are the main causes of corneal epithelial endogeny. Nursing interventions can effectively prevent and reduce corneal epithelial endogeny after LASIK.
