摘 要:提出旋转钻削式锚杆钻机设计的新思路, 针对我国煤矿岩巷围岩特征, 根据岩石破碎学和钻削理论, 找出与岩石钻孔效果密切相关的因素和各因素之间的关系。According to rock breaking theory and rock cutting theory and base on the surrounding rock features in China coal mines, the factors closely related to rock drilling results and the relationship between the factors were found. From the analysis and study of the rock drilling features, the paper introduced the elastic theory of the rock drilling. The rock drilling features are mainly including the drilling speed, revolution speed, torque and thrust. For rock with a certain strength, there will be a optimum revolution speed during a drilling operation. Over the optimum drilling speed range, the speed will be reduced. For different rock, the optimum speed range will be different. During the grinding and repeated breaking, the high torque will continue to be changed. The torque in the cutting area will be smaller and keep in constant. Putting the parameters in a same reference system for a comprehensive analysis will more actually reflect the actual processing of the operation. A proposal for a conception of elastic match area will provide a reference target for a study of output feature of roof bolt machine with different power and provide design reference and boundary conditions for the rational match of the main parameters.
