摘 要:目的:了解特奥运动员体质指数与血压之间关系。方法:对2008-2009年参加特奥活动的59名特奥运动员进行身高、体重、血压的测量,并对测试结果进行统计学分析。结果:特奥运动员的体质指数与血压呈明显的线性相关,随着体质指数的增加、年龄的增大血压呈上升趋势,女性特奥运动员收缩压与年龄的相关性(r=0.183;p=0.361)高于男性特奥运动员(r=0.033;p=0.858)。结论:特奥运动员的肥胖率明显高于正常人,肥胖在特奥运动员中占较大比重,饮食结构的合理化和适当的运动是控制特奥运动员的BMI的重要措施。Investigate the relationship of body mass index and blood pressure of Special Olympics athletes. Methods: Measuring the height, weight, blood pressure of 59 Special olympies athletes who participated in Special Olympics activities in 2008 to 2009 and analyzing the results . Results: The body mass index and blood pressure were significantly correlated .With the body mass index and age increasing the blood pressure increased. The relationship of systolic blood pressure and age female Special Olympics athlete is (r = 0.183; p = 0:361) higher than male Special Olympics athletes (r = 0.033; p = 0.858). Conclusion: The Special Olympics athletes' obesity rate is higher than normal. Rationalization of diet and annronriate exercise are the methods of controlling Special Olympics athletes' BMI.
