摘 要:采用聚硅酸锌絮凝剂处理淀粉生产废水的厌氧生化出水,试验考察了废水pH值、絮凝剂投加量、搅拌速率等因素对絮凝效果的影响,以及高锰酸钾预氧化后再絮凝处理的效果。试验结果表明,在PSAZ投加量为0.5 mL/L、pH值为8.75、快速搅拌速率为285 r/min、慢速搅拌速率为60 r/min的最佳条件下,废水中CODCr的去除率为60%,浊度的去除率为93%。高锰酸钾预氧化可以减少絮凝剂投加量,提高絮凝处理效果,在最佳投药量为0.02 g/L的条件下,CODCr去除率可达68%,浊度去除率高达99%。淀粉生产废水的厌氧生化出水经高锰酸钾预氧化和PSAZ絮凝处理后可回用于木薯清洗过程。Zinc polysilicate flocculant was used to treat anaerobic biochemical wastewater from starch production.The influences of pH value,flocculant dosage,stirring speed and some other factors on flocculation effect were investigated;besides,the effect of the treatment by potassium permanganate preoxidation-flocculation was also studied.The results of test showed that,when the PSAZ dosage was 0.5 ml/L,the pH value was 8.75,the high speed and low speed stirring rates were 285 and 60 r/min respectively,the removal rates of CODCr and turbidity were 60% and 93% respectively.Potassium permanganate preoxidation could reduce the flocculant dosage and improve the flocculation effect.When the said kind of wastewater was treated under the condition that the optimal dosage of flocculant was 0.02 g/L,the removal rates of CODCr and turbidity reached 68% and 99% respectively.Therefore,after be treated by potassium permanganate preoxidation and zinc polysilicate coagulation,the anaerobic biochemical wastewater from starch production could be reused for cassava cleaning.
