摘 要:以河南某地沸石为材料,采用正交试验法,考察沸石粒径A、投加量B、搅拌转速C、吸附时间D及pH值E等因素对其脱氮除磷的影响,试验采用L16(45)的正交表,极差分析显示:粒径、用量和转速是该沸石脱氮除磷的显著因素,显著性大小的排序为:A>C>B>E>D。同时将其与浙江缙云沸石的脱氮除磷效果进行了比较,试验结果显示河南某地沸石的除磷率较高,并对其除磷机理进行了分析。With the natural zeolite from Henan province as the raw material,the effects of partical size-A,dosage-B,stirring speed-C,adsorption time-D,pH value-E and some other factors on nitrogen and phosphorus removal were studied through orthogonal test.According to the orthogonal table L16(45) and range analysis,partical size,dosage and stirring speed were indicated to be the notable factors which affect the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus,and the affecting degree of the above 5 factors were in the following order: A C B E D.In the same time,the removal rate of nitrogen and phosphorus by the said zeolite were compared with that by the zeolite from Zhejiang Jinyun.The results of the test showed that,using the zeolite from Henan province could get a higher removal rate of phosphorus,and then,its phosphorus removal mechanism was also analyzed.
