摘 要:通过采用先酸(pH=3)后碱(pH=10)、先碱(pH=10)后酸(pH=3)的两段控制方式,同时做不调pH值的对比试验,研究剩余污泥水解酸化过程中磷酸盐释放量变化以及条件改变处的释磷速率变化。结果表明,酸碱联合调节有利于磷酸盐的释放;酸性条件下的释放量大于碱性,采用先酸后碱的调节方式反应7 d,磷酸盐能达到最佳释放量(14.16 mg/g[TS]);剩余污泥的pH值突然改变后,磷释放速率均会在反应的前1~3 h达到最大,并很快保持稳定,表明酸能显著增强磷的释放,而碱对其有明显的抑制作用。因此,酸碱调节对于短期内磷的释放及回收是一种可取的方式。In order to study the release amount of phosphate during the hydrolysis and acidification of excess sludge and the phosphorus release rates under different conditions,a two-step control method: first acid(pH = 3) and then alkali(pH = 10),first alkali(pH = 10) and then acid(pH = 3) was adopted,and a test without pH adjustment was also carried out for comparison.The results showed that,the acid-alkali joint adjustment was of benefit to phosphate release;the release amount of phosphate under acidic condition was larger than that under alkalic condition,the maximal release amount of phosphate(14.16 mg/g) could be reached after 7 d reaction when using the adjustment mode of acid(first)-alkali(second);when the pH value of the excess sludge changed abruptly,the phosphorus release rate would reach a maximal value in the first 1-3 hours of the reaction,and soon became stable,which indicated that,phosphorus release could be greatly promoted by acid and evidently inhibited by alkali.Therefore,acid-alkali joint adjustment is a feasible measure for short-time phosphorus release and recovery.
