摘　　要：硒是人体必需的微量营养元素,开发富硒农产品是现代创意农业发展的有效路径。阐述了硒元素化学特性、自然界分布规律以及对人体的营养和医学功效,探讨了开发富硒农产品、发展富硒产业的必要性。研究对富硒地区发展高端创意农业具有重要的指导作用。Selenium is the human essential trace element.Developing some new farm-products which are abundant with selenium is the effective path of the modern agriculture development.The paper expounds the chemical properties,distribution in nature and biomedical function of Selenium,study the necessity of the development of rich-Se green food industrial cluster.The research results are of great significance for greatly developing high-end creative agriculture in Se-rich area.
