摘  要:针对广西苍鹰化工投资有限公司合成氨装置变换工序存在的问题,实施了将中低低变换工艺改为全低变串煤球碳化工艺的技改措施。介绍了技改方案和改造后的工艺流程及主要设备,技改效果表明:吨氨蒸汽消耗由660 kg下降到380 kg,节省蒸汽的经济效益为268万元/a;半水煤气处理量由24 000 m3/h提高到27 000 m3/h,增加利润180万元/a。In allusion to the problems existed in the shift section in ammonia synthesis plant of Cangying Chemical-Engineering Investment Company Ltd.,technical reformation measures,in which middle-low-low temperature shift process was changed to fully low temperature shift process in combination with carbon ball carbonation process,have been executed.Author has introduced the technical reformation scheme,and process flow and main equipment after technical reformation,the technical reformation indicates that the steam consume per ton of ammonia is reduced from 660 kg to 390 kg,the economic benefit from saving steam is 2,680,000 Yuan RMB/a;the treatment quantity of semi-water gas is increased from 24,000m3/h to 27,000m3/h,profit 1,800,000 Yuan RMB is increased.
