摘　　要：本文分析了Fourier变换和窗口Fourier变换的不足，给出了小波变换的时—频特性，阐述了小波变换用于故障诊断的可能性，指出了小波变换用于故障诊断的理论和方法．In this paper the weakness in Fourier transform and in windows-Fourier transform is analyzed. The time-frequency property is given in the detail.The theory and method of wavelet transform in the fault diagnosis have been advanced.
