摘 要:丙烯酸偕二硝基丙酯(DNPA)与苯乙烯(St)在乙酸乙酯溶液中自由基共聚反应得到DNPA-St共聚物,利用红外光谱法测定了共聚物的组成,从而测得了丙烯酸偕二硝基丙酯与苯乙烯的竞聚率,采用FT-IR、1H NMR、DSC等方法研究了DNPA-St共聚物的结构和热性能。研究结果表明,用Fineman-Ross方法,求得丙烯酸偕二硝基丙酯和苯乙烯两单体的竞聚率分别为rDNPA=0.911,rSt=0.038,DNPA和St共聚为非理想共聚,得到的产物均为无规共聚物;DNPA-St共聚物的玻璃化温度是63.3℃,热分解峰温为251.4℃,真空安定性好,与RDX和HMX相容,是较稳定的聚合物。2,2-Dinitropropyl acrylate-styrene(DNPA-St) copolymer was synthesized by free radical polymerization in ethyl acetate by using azobisiosbutyronitrile as initiator.The structure and properties of DNPA-St copolymer were also characterized by FTIR,1H NMR and DSC measurements.The behavior of the copolymerization between 2,2-dinitropropyl acrylate(DNPA) and styrene(St) was studied,the composition of the copolymer was determined using infrared spectrum method,and the reactivity ratios of DNPA and St were measured.Results show that the reactivity ratios of DNPA and St was obtained by using the Fineman-Ross method,rDNPA=0.911 and rSt=0.038,respectively.The polymerization of DNPA with St is a non-ideal copolymerization,and the products are random copolymers.The glass transition temperature and thermal decomposition temperature of the DNPA-St copolymer is 63.3 ℃ and 251.4 ℃.It is compatible with RDX and HMX,and thermal stability.
