摘　　要：报道了一条以巯基乙酸和2-氯丙烯腈为原料经两步反应高产率合成3-氨基噻吩-2-甲酸乙酯的工艺路线,即巯基乙酸与乙醇酯化得到巯基乙酸乙酯,再在乙醇钠的作用下,与2-氯丙烯腈环合得到3-氨基噻吩-2-甲酸乙酯。后者通过在乙酸乙酯中与氯化氢气体生成非吸湿性盐进行分离提纯,两步总产率81%。A practical and high-yield two-step procedure for the synthesis of ethyl 3-aminothiophene-2-carboxylate from mercaptoacetic acid and 2-chloroacrylonitrile through esterification and cyclocondensation was found and demonstrated.It was found that nonhygroscopic crystalline HCl salt of this amine provided a practical isolation point.The total yield in the two steps was 81%.
