摘  要:目前国内使用的巷道超前支护设备难以满足大变形巷道的支护要求, 针对这一现状, 研制了一种可适应巷道高度和宽度两方向变形的新型大可缩量巷道支架, 并使其具有优越的护顶、护帮性能. 在设计过程中, 对支架结构进行了整体优化, 考虑了其各变形位置的稳定性、最大变形量、各部件的受力状态, 以及自动恢复平衡能力等, 找出了满足各项要求的重量最轻的结构数据. 根据优化结果, 试制了支架模型, 并对部件的受力进行了测量, 结果与优化数据基本一致.As the commonly used supporting facilities in China are difficult to work in the large deformation tunnel,a kind of high flexible support is designed which can deform in both vertical and horizontal direction and has satisfactory canopy and sidepiece supporting properties During designation,the support structure was optimized with regard of its stability in every balance place,the maximum deformation, mechanical states of the parts, automatical balance keeping property and so on The lightest support structure was found in the optimization A support model was built according to the optimized data and its stress was tested which concord perfectly with that of the optimized data
