润滑油中铁含量测定的不确定度评定

摘  要:根据SH/T0077-1991,采用原子吸收光谱法对润滑油中的铁含量进行分析。本文建立了铁测量不确定度的数学模型,分析了不确定度的来源,从称量过程、样品定容、标样纯度、标样稀释、标准曲线性拟合、方法重复性6个方面对测量不确定度进行了评定,指出线性拟合是对结果不确定度贡献最大的影响因素。The uncertainty for the determination of ethanol in vehicle alcohol gasolineiron in lubricating oil by AAS was analyzed.The sources of the uncertainty which resulted from the weight of the sample,constant volume of sample,purity of standard sample,process of dilution,linear fitting and method were studied according to mathematical model.At last the combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were reported.Through evaluation it was indicated that the factor mostly affecting the uncertainty for the determination of iron was the uncertainty of linear fitting.
