摘 要:针对不同炉料堆角形成不同料层截面,分析不同平台宽度对批重特征数的影响,提出批重特征数在二次料面堆角大于原始料面堆角时,批重特征曲线分为3个区,即激变区、缓变区和微变区,特征曲线呈下降趋势;在二次料面堆角小于原始料面堆角时,批重特征曲线无明显分区特征,特征曲线呈指数上升趋势。采用1∶10高炉比例模型,研究堆角变化对料层截面的影响,确定了炉料堆角是批重特征数变化的决定性因素之一。Aims at different profile burden which formed different repose angle of raw material,the effect of different burden terrace width to batch weight was analyzed.Batch weight thickness ratio,which was put forward,was divided into three areas,namely violent,gradual and micro-charge areas,and batch weight thickness ratio decreased.In the repose angle of original material surface less than the repose angle of second material surface,conversely,batch weight thickness ratio was not zoning characteristics,batch weight thickness ratio ascended.Using a scale model of blast furnace,it was confirmed that repose angle was the decisive factor of batch weight thickness ratio by research repose angle of raw material.
