早期妊娠、流产、异位妊娠的血CA125值的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较早期妊娠、流产、异位妊娠的血CA125变化情况。方法:选取2009年12月～2010年11月于该院门诊或病房的早期妊娠、流产、异位妊娠病例作为研究对象,于晨起抽取空腹静脉血对所有病例血清CA125进行检测,并进行统计学分析与处理。结果:早期妊娠门诊就诊第1天检测CA125达(56.73±7.34)U/ml,随着时间的延长,CA125表达水平变化不明显,差异无统计学意义。而80例先兆流产患者的CA125水平逐渐升高,第3天、第7天分别与第1天比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而80例异位妊娠组患者的CA125水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CA125预测异位妊娠的敏感性较高,可作为早期妊娠、流产、异位妊娠的诊断指标之一,是避免漏诊、误诊的一种良好的诊断方法,值得临床广泛推广和应用。Objective：To compare the changes of serum CA125 levels of cases with early pregnancy,abortion or ectopic pregnancy.Methods：The cases with early pregnancy,miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy in the hospital were selected as study objects from December 2009 to November 2010,the fasting venous blood samples were obtained after morning rose,then the serum CA125 levels of all the cases were detected for statistical analysis and treatment.Results：The serum CA125 level in early pregnancy group on the first day was（56.73±7.34） U/ml,the serum CA125 level didn＇t change obviously with time,and there was no significant difference.The serum CA125 level in 80 cases with threaten abortion increased gradually,there was significant difference in serum CA125 level between the third day,the seventh day and the first day（P0.05）.The serum CA125 level in 80 cases with ectopic pregnancy increased significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：The sensitivity of CA125 is high in prediction of ectopic pregnancy,which can be used as an index for diagnosis of early pregnancy,miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy,and it is a good diagnostic method to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,the method is worthy to be popularized.
