无排卵患者冻融胚胎移植内膜准备3种方案结局分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨无排卵患者冻融胚胎解冻移植周期不同子宫内膜准备方案对FET结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析行FET的无排卵周期118例,分为3组:A组采用自然周期35例;B组采用妈富隆加用补佳乐40例;C组采用达菲林加用补佳乐43例。结果:A组的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率分别为28.09%、50.14%和11.11%;B组分别为27.45%、50.00%和10.00%;C组分别为31.45%、60.46%和11.54%。A、B与C组之间的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但C组的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率高于A、B组。C组的黄体酮用量大于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无排卵患者采用3种子宫内膜准备方案均可获得良好的妊娠结局。Objective：To explore the effects of different endometrium preparation programs in frozen-thawed embryos transfer for the patients with anovulia on the outcomes of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（IVF-ET）.Methods：118 cases with anovulia who received IVF-ET were analyzed retrospectively,then they were divided into three groups：35 cases in group A adopted natural cycle,40 cases in group B adopted Marvelon plus Progynova and 43 cases in group C adopted Diphereline plus Progynova.Results：The embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate in group A were 28.09%,50.14% and 11.11%,respectively;the embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate in group B were 27.45%,50.00% and 10.00%,respectively;the embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate in group C were 31.45%,60.46% and 11.54%,respectively.There was no significant difference in embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate among group A,group B and group C（P0.05）,but the embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in group C were higher than those in group A and group B.The dose of progesterone in group C was significantly higher than those in group A and group B（P0.05）.Conclusion：The patients with anovulia can achieve a good pregnancy outcome by three endometrium preparation programs.
