摘　　要："河南公安精神"是河南公安队伍建设的三个法宝之一,大力弘扬"河南公安精神"对于激励广大民警始终保持奋勇拼搏、永争一流的良好精神状态具有重要的现实意义。为此,要全方位开展公安文化建设,从公安物质文化、公安行为文化和公安制度文化入手进一步强化"河南公安精神",使之入脑入心,成为激发广大公安民警的精神动力。＂ Henan Police Spirit＂, one of the three effective weapons in the construction of Henan police force, will greatly encourage police officers to be always courageous and industrious, and to maintain their efforts striving to be of top quality. Hence, it is essential to further develop police culture and further enhance ＂Henan Police Spirit＂. As a result, every police officer is enriched with the spirit and stimulated to further their efforts.
