摘　　要："河南公安精神"从外在要求转化为全体公安民警的内心信念,要求公安民警不断学习,提高自身素质,在公安工作中重建全体公安民警职业自豪感。而职业自豪感的提升,会使得公安民警把干好公安工作确立为坚定的意志。公安民警有了高度的主动性和创造性,就会在任何条件下无怨无悔地干好公安工作,无论任何困难都阻挡不住他们坚定的追求。"河南公安精神"的构建绝对不能只停留在认知、情感和意志的程度上,关键是要把它转化成公安民警的实践。河南公安工作的方方面面都与"河南公安精神"密切相连,每一项工作干好了,都是在弘扬"河南公安精神"。这种弘扬的过程,就是按"河南公安精神"的要求去认真实践的过程。In order to transform ＂Henan Police Spirit＂ from outer requirement to inner belief, the whole police force are required to keep learning to improve their quality and reconstruct the sense of pride of their career, which would help the police establish a firm will to perform wonderfully in their job. With high initiatives and creativity, the police would do a great job without complaint under any circumstance, no matter what trouble standing in their way. The key point of reconstructing ＂Henan Police Spirit＂ is the transformation into practice rather than staying on the level of cognition, emotion and mind. Doing each part of the job well means highlighting ＂Henan Police Spirit＂, the process of which equals that of practicing seriously under the requirement of ＂Henan Police Spirit＂.
