摘　　要：一个行业有一个行业的精神,公安精神是人民警察群体的共同心理定势和价值取向。"忠诚、为民、拼搏、奉献"是河南八万公安民警精神风貌的浓缩和升华,它具有地域性、历史性、实践性、先进性和凝聚性等特征。Each trade has its spirit, police spirit is common mental set and value orientation of the people＇s po-lice force. ＂Loyalty, service, struggle, and dedication＂ is the concentration and sublimation of the spirit of the 80,000 police officers in Henan, which characterizes on region, history, practice, advancement and coherence etc.
