工字钢腰部波浪的研究

摘　　要：本文研究了工字钢腰部波浪产生的机理,并利用弹性稳定理论分析了大号工字钢容易产生腰部波浪的原因。当工字钢腰部残余应力超过屈曲临界应力,产生腰部波浪。文章从减小σ_w和提高σ_(cr)的角度提出了三种预防腰部波浪的有效方法。The mechanism and the reason produced the web's waviness for I-beam, especially forlarge I-beam. have been studied based on the theory of elastic stability. When web'sresidual stress for I-beam exceeds the yield critical stress, that is σ_w>σ_(cr), the web's wavinessfor I-beam takes place. Three efficient ways to prevent the web's waviness have been putforword from point of view of reducing σ_w and raising σ_(cr).
