地震重灾区民警灾后2年的抑郁特点及纵向比较

摘　　要：目的调查和了解地震重灾区民警的抑郁特点和2年来的发展变化,为相应的心理援助和公安队伍建设工作提供实证依据。方法使用抑郁自评量表(SDS),在绵竹、什邡、北川、青川、剑阁县市公安局随机抽取一线民警作为调查对象。结果地震重灾区(北川)民警57.1%以上的民警具有抑郁症状;在地区变量上,精神性-情感性症状与精神运动性障碍两个特异性症状有显著性差异(P<0.05);在年龄变量上,抑郁指数有显著性差异(P<0.05);与2年前的同类调查相比较,无显著性差异。结论①地震重灾区民警50%以上具有抑郁症状,呈灾情越严重的地区民警抑郁程度越严重的趋势;②抑郁的心理障碍得分值偏高,且在各地区无显著差异;③不同年龄段的抑郁水平有显著差异,呈年龄越大抑郁指数越高的趋势;④与2年前的同类调查相比,地震重灾区民警的抑郁状况无明显改善。Objective To survey the features of policemen＇s depression and its development within the two years, and provide demonstrative evidences for the mental aids and staff enhancement of policemen. Methods The SDS was adopted to investigate the policemen on the frontline in the quake-striken areas, sampled randomly from the counties of Mianzhu, Shifang, Beichuan, Qinchuan, and Jiange. Results 57.1% or so of the policemen at the severe quake-striken areas demonstrated more or less depression, especially those at Beichuan County; of the area variable, the two traits of affective psycho syndrome and psychomotor defects symptom had significant difference（P 〈0.05）; of the age variable, the depression index had significant difference（P〈0.05） ; and it was not significantly different from the results surveyed two year ago. Conclusion （1） half of the policemen from the severe earthquake areas got depression, and the severer the disaster was, the severer policemen＇s depression was. （2） the scoring value of depression was on the high side, and there was no significant difference at varied areas. （3） the level of depression varied significantly at different age ranges, and the older the policemen were, the higher the depression index was. （4） policemen＇s depression at the severe quake-striken areas showed no obvious improvement within the two years.
