摘 要:目的调查常州市水体环境军团菌时间、空间分布状况。方法采取分层抽样方法分别对冷却塔水、居民自来水、桶装饮用水、公园湖水及游泳池水进行嗜肺军团菌检测。结果冷却塔水嗜肺军团菌检出率为22.7%、公园湖水为7.4%、居民饮用水及游泳池检出率为0。结论空调冷却水、公园湖水为军团菌易污染水体,应加强预防措施。Objective To investigate the temporal and spatial distribution of legionella pneumophila in the water environment of Changzhou city. Methods A stratified sampling method was adopted to test the legionella pneumophila in cooling tower water, residential running water, barreled drinking water, lake water in parks, and swimming pool water. Results The detectable rate of legionella pneumophila in cooling tower water is 22.7%, lake water 7.4%, and the residential running water and swimming pool water is 0%. Conclusion Cooling water and lake watcr are easier to be contaminated with legionella. Therefore, measures should be taken to prevent cooling water and lake water from being contaminated.
