摘  要:以现场岩体特性参数的实测资料及分析成果作为基本输入参数,采用矿岩块度预测系统,对模拟范围、节理间距分布形式、节理间距大小、两组节理面之间的夹角、完整岩石及弱面的力学性质等因素对矿岩块度的影响程度进行了模拟研究。结果表明,当节理面范围长度是模拟区域长度的3倍以上时,模拟结果不受模拟范围长度的影响,模拟区域的宽度对模拟结果有影响。根据模拟结果拟合了模拟长方体宽度与节理持续线长度比值与连续相关因子间的关系式。节理间距分布形式对模拟结果有很大的影响。岩体力学性质对崩落矿石块度有一定的影响,随着岩体中各力学参数的增大,矿石块度将会增大,但这些参数的增大对块体形状组成的影响规律性不明显。为了验证块体形状分类的效果,应用三组接近正交的理想节理组,对块度进行了模拟,模拟结果与块体形状分类定义相一致。Taking the practical measurement of property parameters of in-site rock body and the analysis results as basic inputs,a simulation research was carried out for the effect of several factors on ore-rock fragmentation using ore-rock fragmentation prediction system,including simulation context,distribution of joint spacing,joint spacing size,angle between two sets of joint plane,mechanical properties of intact rock and its weak planes.Results show when joint plane is three more times as long as the simulation context,simulation results will be influenced by the width instead of length of simulation context.Based on the simulation results,a relationship formula between the ratio of the width of simulated rectangular solid to length of a continuous line of joint,and continuous relative factors was obtained.The distribution of joint spacing has a big impact on the simulation results.The mechanical properties of rock mass have some impact on the caved rock fragmentation.The rock fragmentation increases with the increase of each mechanical properties of rock mass.However,there isn′t obvious rule for the influence on body shape due to increasing of mechanical properties.In order to verify the effect of body-shape classification,three ideal and nearly orthogonal joint sets were used for rock fragmentation simulation.It was found that the simulation result was in line with defined body-shape classification.
