摘 要:基于硫化矿床开采中炸药自爆的危险特性,对其危险性进行了实验研究。运用激光粒度分析仪对某一矿样的不同粒径进行测定,并应用自主设计试验装置,通过对爆燃点的测定来分析矿样粒径及水分含量对炸药自爆的影响程度,试验结果表明,对于同种矿样,粒径越小,该矿样与炸药接触后发生自爆的可能性越大,即炸药自爆的危险性越大;水分含量在5%左右时,矿样与炸药接触后发生自爆的危险性要比含水量0%和10%时大。对某高硫高温矿床开采中3种较为典型的矿样进行了实验研究,结果表明,该矿山存在炸药自爆危险性,得出了该矿山的安全装药的许用温度。炸药自爆危险性的实验研究对硫化矿山的安全生产具有重要指导作用。Experimental study was carried out for the potential spontaneous explosion risk of explosive in mining sulfide deposit.Laser particle size analyzer was used to measure an ore sample with different sizes,and an independently developed experimental apparatus was adopted to analyze influence of particle size and moisture content on spontaneous explosion of explosive by determining deflagration points.Results show that for the same kind of ore,spontaneous explosion is more likely to occur while explosive contacting with ore sample with less particle size.There is also more risk in spontaneous explosion of explosive while contacting with ore sample with moisture content of 5% than moisture content of 0% or 10%.Experimental study was carried out on three typical kinds of ore samples from a deposit with high temperature and high content of sulfur.Research shows that there exists a risk of spontaneous explosion of explosive.The allowable temperature for safe charge is also obtained.It is concluded that such experimental study on a risk of spontaneous explosion of explosive can be of instructive significance to the safe production in sulfide mine.
