摘 要:对鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿进行了反浮选研究。将改性羧甲基阴离子淀粉(CMS)作为抑制剂代替传统的玉米淀粉,并配合自行研制的QD-01捕收剂,采用细磨-湿式强磁-反浮选小型试验对CMS的抑制效果进行了验证。试验结果表明:磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占90%时,胶磷矿与赤铁矿部分解离,但依旧有粘连;磁选后铁矿平均铁品位47.87%,P含量0.78%;在浮选温度为20~25℃时,采用CMS作抑制剂,能获得平均铁精矿大于53.22%、磷含量小于0.47%、浮选作业回收率大于58%的铁精矿。Reverse flotation was adopted to treat a high phosphorus oolitic hematite ore from Western Hubei.With a modified carboxymethyl anion starch(CMS) as the depressant instead of traditional corn starch,and using a self-developed collector,QD-01,a bench test following the processes of fine grinding-wet high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation was carried out to evaluate the depression effect of CMS.The results show that,with a grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 90%,kollophan and hematite minerals can be partly dissociated,but there exists still adhesion.After magnetic separation,the average iron grade can be increased to 47.87%,and P content can be reduced to 0.78%.Using CMS as depressant,and at a pulp temperature of 20~25 ℃,iron concentrate with an average iron grade of more than 53.22%,phosphorus content of less than 0.47% and flotation recovery of over 58% can be produced.
