摘 要:对某氧化率高、结合率高、主要矿物成分为硅孔雀石的的氧化铜渣进行了浮选试验研究。确定了获得最佳硫化效果时硫化钠与硫酸铵的用量比例,研究了矿浆pH值对硫化浮选指标的影响,并考察了两种羟肟酸与Y89、丁胺黑药混合捕收剂的协同捕收作用。结果表明,在pH=5左右,硫化剂硫酸钠和硫酸铵比例为1∶1,以磷酸乙二胺作活化剂,Y89和丁胺黑药混合,并添加烷基(C5~9)羟肟酸作捕收剂,经一粗一扫两精两段磨浮开路流程,获得铜精矿品位为11.52%,回收率达59.89%。Flotation tests were carried out to treat a copper oxide residue with high oxidation rate,high combination ratio,and with chrysocolla as the main mineral.The dosage proportion ratio of sodium sulfide and ammonium sulfate to actualize the best sulfuration effect was determined,the effect of pulp pH on sulphidizing flotation index was studied,and the synergy collecting action of mixed collectors composed by two hydroximic acid with Y89 and butylamine dithiophosphate was investigated.The results show that,with a sodium sulfide/ammonium sulfate ratio of 1∶1,with ethanediamine phosphate as the activator,with alkyl(C5~9) hydroximic acid and a mixture of Y89 and butylamine dithiophosphate as the combined collector,and adopting a two-stage grinding-flotation open-circuit flowsheet with one roughing,one scavenging and two cleanings,a copper concentrate with grade of 11.52% and recovery of 59.89% was obtained.
