加固新材料在磨盘水库除险加固工程中的应用

摘　　要：磨盘水库坝型复杂,存在问题较多,其除险加固面临着极大挑战。除险加固中要在原面板表面新浇一层80 cm厚的混凝土防渗面板,由于磨盘水库上游坝坡较陡,为了使新老混凝土紧密结合,必须进行植筋处理,并在结合面涂抹界面剂。工程最终选用的CJY-J1无机粘结胶和CJY-J2无机钢筋锚固(植筋)胶,具有粘结力强、便于施工,无污染等诸多优点,成功解决了面板加固面临的难题。着重介绍了CJY-J1混凝土无机界面粘结胶、CJY-J2无机锚固(植筋)胶等加固新材料在磨盘水库除险加固工程中的应用情况。可为此类材料在类似工程中的应用起到借鉴作用。Mopan Reservoir is characterized by complex dam type and a number of safety problems,so there are formidable challenges in its reinforcement work.According to the design,a new 80 cm thick concrete seepage prevention slab would be placed on the original slab,as the upstream face is steeper,in order to ensure compact bonding between old and new concrete,bar-planting technology and interface bonding material should be applied.CJY-J1 inorganic concrete interface glue and CJY-J2 inorganic bar anchorage glue were adopted by engineers,which have advantages of strong bonded ability,convenient for construction,pollution-free,which solved the difficulty of slab reinforcement successfully.We mainly present the application condition of the above two materials in the reinforcement project of Mopan Reservoir.It can provide experiences for similar reinforcement engineering.
