花凉亭水库除险加固工程金属结构设计

摘　　要：花凉亭水库因兴建时缺乏资金,施工质量差,且经50多年运行,病害情况严重,属三类病险水库。枢纽各建筑物金属结构设备年久失修,主要承载构件的应力、稳定性指标已达不到规范要求,启闭设备不具备安全运行条件。为保证水库安全运行,根据各建筑物工程特性及运行要求,结合现场检测的实际情况,对溢洪道、泄洪洞、引水洞等金属结构提出了加固设计方案。除险加固后,各项性能指标可满足安全运行要求,并且通过了工程验收。The construction quality of Hualiangting Reservoir was poor due to the lack of fund at that time.After 50 years of operation,the reservoir was rather dangerous and was defined as the third grade dangerous reservoir.The metal structure devices of all the buildings were for long years out of repair,the stress,stability indexes of the main bearing components can not meet the requirement of the standard and the hoist didn＇t possess the conditions for safe operation.In order to ensure the safe operation of the reservoir,according to the engineering characteristics and the operation demands of the buildings,we proposed reinforcement schemes for spillway,discharging tunnel and diversion tunnel combing with the actual situation of the site test.After reinforcement,all the indexes can meet the requirement for safety operation and the project had passed the engineering acceptance.
