摘 要:在原有团粒法复混肥料生产工艺技术中省去干燥单元,能降低能耗并减少环境污染。实施无干燥工艺生产高浓度复混肥时,要求造粒机出口物料含水质量分数在0.8%~1.5%,造粒物料的温度在75~85℃。比较实用和经济的手段是直接利用尿素装置的高温浓缩尿液,然后再酌情将部分原料预热至一定温度。实施无干燥工艺后,返料量比传统团粒法工艺低20%~30%(成品量),产品外观更圆润,经济效益和社会效益十分显著,特别适合老装置的改造。The drying unit is omitted in the original production technology of compound fertilizers by granulation, so as to reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution. The implementation granulation without drying of high-analysis compound fertilizers requires that the material at the outlet of the granulator contains 0.8 % - 1.5 % mass fraction of water, and the granulated material is at a temperature of 75 - 85 ℃. The relatively practical and economic method is to use directly the hightemperature concentrated urea solution from the urea unit and then heat some of the feedstock to a certain temperature according to the circumstances. With the adoption of the technology without drying, the recycle ratio is less by 20% - 30% (product quantity) than that of the traditional granulation process, the product is more round and smooth in appearance, the economic and social benefit is very remarkable, and the technology is especially appropriate for the renovation of old production unit.
